Sri Dhanvantri Trust was set up by Radhika Santhanakrishnan in 2009, after her own tryst with breast cancer. Through the first Initiative Penn Nalam (wellness of women) The Trust has touched over 2 lakh women.
The Chennai Breast Cancer Center was set up by the illustrious Dr Selvi in 2007 and has treated over 3000 women till date.
Radhika and Selvi teamed up with a dream to synergise their efforts and take it to the next higher level. They set about creating the Chennai Breast Cancer Research Foundation (CBCRF) in 2015, under Sri Dhanvantri Trust. Dr Venkat V Ramakrishnan, an internationally acclaimed plastic surgeon is also a part of this core team. Read More
